About Sanctus ONE

Built by an engineer who speaks manufacturing.

Most marketing agencies don't know an RFQ from a PPAP. Sanctus ONE was founded to bring AI visibility to manufacturers by someone who has spent a career on the shop floor and in the boardroom.

Meet the founder

Larry Bacheller

Engineer-turned-strategist · Founder

Larry began his career hands-on as a machine design engineer — developing custom production equipment, leading engineering projects, and turning complex manufacturing needs into working solutions.

He spent his mid-to-late career in plastic industrial applications for the on-highway, agricultural and construction OEM markets — managing key accounts, closing the largest account in one manufacturer's 30+ year history, and helping heavy industry adopt advanced production technologies, from rotational molding to solid-state welding.

Across 34+ years, one lesson held: industrial deals are won on specifications and trust. Today, the first conversation often happens with an AI engine — and most manufacturers aren't in it. Sanctus ONE exists to fix that.

"I speak both engineer and executive. I lead with trust, teach with clarity, and sell by solving."

How we work

What you can expect

Diagnosis before prescriptions

Every engagement starts with evidence — what the AI engines actually say about you — not with a generic checklist.

We do the work

We don't hand you homework. We implement the fixes: on your site, in your content, in your structure.
